About these documents
The applicant and manufacturer named in the reports is Zhongke Hongtai (Anhui) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.. The test basis is the UN Manual of Tests and Criteria, Revision 8, Section 38.3.
CSA-HS16000 has two separate reports from PTC and LCS. Both are retained with their own issue dates and report numbers. Energy values are transcribed as printed, including differences in rounding between reports.
